Job Description


We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to handle the following responsibilities:

Providing configuration and end-user support to corporate customers using AloTech's Cloud Call Center and Cloud PBX Solutions via phone, email, remote access, and on-site support.


General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Preferably Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of network system devices used by ISPs.
  • Familiarity with call center processes (customer service, technical support, operations management).
  • Experience with Linux, MySQL, TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS, Switches, and Routers .
  • Knowledge of CRM applications.
  • Willingness to learn new products and technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to innovations.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to generate reports effectively.
