Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who is fluent in Hindi and English, with at least 1 year of experience in a telecalling or telesales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining services/products, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
• Explain offerings clearly and confidently in both Hindi and English
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
• Follow up with leads/customers as needed to close deals or gather feedback
• Maintain a daily call log and update CRM or internal database systems
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals
• Provide accurate information and build customer trust

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related role
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
• Positive attitude, confidence, and good telephone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
