Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our construction company. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and supporting the sales/marketing team in promoting our construction projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services/projects.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain and update customer database (leads, prospects, and client details).
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion.
  • Address customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist the sales/marketing team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (construction/real estate sector preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with regular coordination with sales, marketing, and project teams.
  • May require occasional client visits along with sales executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
