Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecalling Sales Executive to join our admissions team. The role requires reaching out to prospective parents, informing them about the school’s programs and facilities, and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective parents to promote the school’s programs and admission opportunities.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Explain admission procedures, fee structures, facilities, and academic programs clearly.
  • Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the database/CRM.
  • Schedule appointments for campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management regarding parents’ queries, concerns, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Prior experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer service (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and [add regional language if required].
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
