Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with strong communication skills and a background in the construction or real estate industry. The candidate should have at least 2 years of field-related experience and the ability to support and guide a small team. This role focuses on lead generation, customer follow-up, and coordination with the sales and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details clearly.
  • Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain customer interest, and update status regularly.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain and update lead databases (CRM/Excel).
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams regarding walk-ins and follow-ups.
  • Support field activities such as event follow-ups, campaign response handling, and basic customer coordination.
  • Assist in supervising junior telecalling team members when required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with management for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience in construction, real estate, or related field.
  • Basic field experience (site visits coordination, event support) preferred.
  • Ability to handle and guide a small telecalling team.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good knowledge of customer handling and lead nurturing.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduation or Diploma in any field.
  • Multilingual ability (Tamil/English/Hindi) is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling customer escalations.
