Job Description:

As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to incoming inquiries, and providing information about our services. You will play a key role in building positive relationships with customers and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Share basic information about Grandshell Construction’s services.
• Collect and update customer details in the database.
• Schedule appointments or transfer leads to the sales team.
• Maintain call records and report daily performance.
• Provide excellent customer service with a polite and positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
• Computer literacy and basic typing skills.
• Ability to work responsibly as part of a team.
