Tele Customer Services Associate -( NOT Sales Job)

Tjara.ca, Canadian based Halal Financial Advisory Services company having back office in DHA PHASE 6, Bukhari Commercials has immediate requirement in Customer Services Department. ( NOT A TARGET BASED SALES JOB ).

Timings are from 6pm to 3am Monday to Friday & 5pm to 10:30 pm Saturday.

All we need is good communication skills in English (verbal)

This is a full-time on-site role . The MALE Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving problems, providing information, processing orders, and interacting with customers via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (ENGLISH).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus

Prior experience in a customer service role, specially in International campaign.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
