Tele Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups
• Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Build rapport with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign executionRequirements
• Minimum qualification: High School/Diploma; Graduate preferred
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert preferred languages]
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong listening and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
