Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote migration and visa services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about immigration processes.
  • Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for interested clients with immigration experts.
  • Maintain and update customer database with details of conversations and follow-up status.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and qualified appointments.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
  • Follow organizational policies and ensure compliance in all communication.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing / inside sales / customer support (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy
