Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote migration and visa services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about immigration processes.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for interested clients with immigration experts.
- Maintain and update customer database with details of conversations and follow-up status.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and qualified appointments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
- Follow organizational policies and ensure compliance in all communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing / inside sales / customer support (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy
