We are looking for disciplined and empathetic Telecallers to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, guiding inquiries toward consultation bookings, maintaining CRM discipline, and ensuring a warm, respectful experience for every caller.

This role directly contributes to appointment booking targets and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on incoming leads.
• Persuade prospects to schedule consultations.
• Schedule, confirm, and send reminders for appointments.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
• Provide daily and weekly performance reports.
• Escalate complex cases when required.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of patient data at all times.
