  • Sourcing candidates: Find potential job candidates through online job portals, social media, and other networking methods.
  • Screening and interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and experience against job requirements.
  • Database management: Maintain and update candidate databases with recruitment records and progress.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies and complete administrative tasks.
  • Support: Assist with other HR initiatives like onboarding and candidate follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
