Job Purpose:

To generate sales and promote company products/services through outbound and inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

· Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

· Maintain records of calls, sales, customer feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

· Meet sales targets.

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.

Requirements:

·Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience: 6 months – 1 years of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
