Tele Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with experience in the logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting logistics services, and closing sales through outbound and inbound calls while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote logistics and freight services
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into business
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth service delivery
  • Stay updated on company services, pricing, and market trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in the logistics/freight forwarding industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of logistics services such as freight, warehousing, and transportation
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
