Tele Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Respond to inbound calls and provide information about offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services where appropriate.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve campaigns.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or call center sales (1–2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telephonic sales processes.
  • Arab Nationality preferred
  • Family Visa is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
