Telesales Representative – Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Role Overview

Are you fluent in Arabic and English with a passion for sales? Join our growing team as a Telesales Representative and be part of an exciting opportunity to connect with clients across the GCC region, especially Saudi Arabia (KSA).

You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, explaining our services, handling inquiries, and closing sales – all while building long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients in the GCC region

Promote our services, explain value propositions, and confidently handle objections

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure post-sale satisfaction

Requirements

Language: Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken & written) – Essential

Experience: Minimum 2 years in tele sales, customer service, or call center roles

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets

Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Familiarity with CRM tools and good computer literacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
