Tele-sales Agent (English speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, present services clearly, address inquiries, and build trust with patients.
  • Follow up on leads, update CRM records, and schedule appointments while coordinating with internal teams to secure bookings.
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while supporting promotional campaigns and informing customers about current offers.
  • Accurately record all calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system, provide feedback on lead quality, and submit performance reports when required.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build customer trust.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
