Tele-Sales Agent (Warm Leads )

NAOS CX is hiring Telesales Agents for a well-known U.S. health product campaign.

Compensation Package
-- Base Salary: 13,000 EGP (gross)
-- Attendance Bonus: 1,000 EGP (gross)
-- Transportation Allowance: Approximately 1,300 EGP
-- Commission: 15 USD per sale (paid in EGP)
In December, agents averaged 2 sales per day, with an average monthly commission of 1,100 USD.

Product
-- GLP-1 health products
-- Proven medical solutions helping U.S. patients lose weight safely under medical supervision.

Lead Type
-- Warm leads only
-- You will contact patients who have already registered to receive the medication.

Job Responsibilities
-- Conduct a screening process with registered patients to confirm eligibility.
-- Present and sell the product professionally.
-- Once the patient agrees, they proceed to a doctor’s appointment to complete the process.

Work Location: On-site – Maadi, Cairo

Working Hours
-- 9 hours per day, including 1.5 hours break
-- 2 days off per week

Shifts: You will be assigned to one of the following shifts
-- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
-- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
The operation runs 7 days a week, with 2 fixed days off per month.
