Tele Sales - Arabic

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Make 80-120 outbound calls daily to cold, warm, and referred prospects.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries from portals, WhatsApp, website forms, and social media within agreed SLAs.
  • Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build rapport quickly; understand buyer motivations (investment vs. end-use) and advise on suitable communities or projects.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages until they are sales-ready.
  • Appointment Setting
  • Schedule physical site visits or Zoom/Teams presentations for senior Property Consultants.
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure seamless hand-offs to closers.
  • Database & Reporting
  • Log all interactions in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with complete and accurate data.
  • Maintain lead stage hygiene; run daily/weekly reports on call activity, pipeline status, and conversions.
  • Market & Compliance Knowledge
  • Stay up to date on Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations, payment plans, developer incentives, and market trends.
  • Follow company KYC and data-privacy standards when collecting client information.
  • Target Achievement
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs: calls placed, qualified leads, appointments set, and closed-deal value attributable to your pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of telesales (Preferred), inside-sales, or call center experience (real estate preferred).
  • Proven record of exceeding call and revenue targets.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; conversational Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or Farsi is an advantage in Dubai’s multicultural market.
  • Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office / Google Workspace, and dialer systems (e.g., VICIdial, Mojo).
  • Knowledge of Dubai property market and basic investment metrics (ROI, net yield).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; RERA Broker Card or certification is a plus.
