Tele Sales Co-Ordinator : Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Tele Sales Co-ordinator (Female) to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will act as the internal point of contact for the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely order processing, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and client follow-ups.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Track and update the status of orders, shipments, and payments in coordination with logistics and accounts teams.
  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM or internal databases.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, targets, and performance data for management.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for sales executives.
  • Follow up on pending payments and documentation with clients.
  • Assist with sales presentations, marketing materials, and event coordination when required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer support role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and [local language, if required].

Preferred:

  • Female candidates only (as per diversity hiring policy).
  • Prior experience in sales coordination within [specific industry – e.g., real estate, manufacturing, FMCG].
  • Knowledge of inventory systems, billing software, or ERP tools.
