Hiring Profile: Tele Sales & Customer Relations Executive Company

Tehsil Rai, Akbarpur Barota, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana – 131028

Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound and inbound calls to existing and prospective customers. • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication. • Follow up for orders, payments, and delivery-related coordination. • Provide product information and respond to customer inquiries. • Maintain customer data, call records, and follow-up sheets. • Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments for smooth order processing. • Support senior management with routine sales tasks and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications • Basic education with good communication skills. •

Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written). •

Must be presentable, polite, and confident on calls. • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry). • Ability to handle customers professionally and follow up effectively. • Prior experience in tele sales or sales coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
