Tele Sales & Customer Support Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote company products/services and generate sales
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
• Build strong relationships with customers for long-term business
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Manage customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive experience Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Fresh candidates are welcome (Training will be provided)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluent in English
