Tele sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell software and hardware solutions to both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to companies and individual customers
  • Promote company product portfolio
  • Generate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify B2B opportunities
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in tele sales (IT sales experience preferred)
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales skills
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software products is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2000
  • Commission (Uncapped - earn double your salary and above based on your performance)
  • Must have own visa (Company Visa along with all Benefits as per UAE Labor Law will be provided after successful completion of probation period)
