Tele Sales Executive for Hot and Cold Leads

The Front Sales and Upsell Executive will play a crucial role in managing initial customer interactions, identifying their digital needs, and driving upsell opportunities to enhance their digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales and drive revenue growth. The Job is for US market to engage and close clients via Hot and Cold Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via phone to understand their digital service needs.
• Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our digital services, including website development, application creation, and social media marketing.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that complement the clients' current or prospective digital strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure successful implementation of services and address any issues that arise.
• Target based Job, must reach to target of $5000/monthly. 10% Incentive sales after accomplishing milestone.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the digital services industry.
• Strong understanding of website development, application creation, and social media marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
