About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic solar sales team. If you love talking to people, enjoy achieving targets and want to contribute to a greener future, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar energy solutions

· Generate leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams

· Educate customers about solar benefits, government incentives and cost savings

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

· Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service

Requirements

· Fresh Electrical Graduates (Simple Graduates may also apply)

· Strong communication and persuasive skills

· Previous telesales or telemarketing experience (Solar experience is a plus)

· Ability to handle objections professionally

· Goal-driven mindset with a positive attitude

· Basic computer skills (CRM experience is an advantage)
