Tele sales in Real Estate

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the company’s database and lead generation strategies.

Client Engagement:

  • Engage clients in friendly and professional conversations to understand their real estate requirements and preferences.

Value Proposition:

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Real Home Real Estate and the benefits of our real estate services.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule appointments between clients and our real estate agents, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to face-to-face meetings.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Skills:

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to build rapport quickly and effectively.

Customer Focus:

  • Active listening skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Motivation and Resilience:
  • Highly self-motivated with a resilient and results-driven mindset.

Location Requirement:

  • Willingness to work in Ajman, UAE.
