We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tele Sales Executive to support our interior and fit out ,architectural client in promoting and sales of their services and products. The role involves engaging with business clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, and guiding them with the services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote interior and fit out services.
• Understand client requirements and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments or coordinate with Sales Managers for client meetings.
• Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM or database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and account conversions.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's professional image.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, civil engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, sales, telecalling, telesales.
• Freshers with Excellent communication skills can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven, organized, and customer-focused.
