Role Overview
Lead the Consumer Lines telesales unit to achieve revenue targets through strong customer retention, efficient lead conversion, and continuous database growth. You’ll design and manage a data-driven, automated telesales operation that delivers consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the telesales division structure, staffing, and KPIs.
- Develop workflows for data intake, lead qualification, and sales conversion.
- Build and maintain a steady data funnel through partnerships and campaigns.
- Oversee data cleaning, enrichment, and CRM automation (tracking, scoring, renewals).
- Manage telesales agents handling renewals and new sales, ensuring high conversion.
- Create effective scripts, objection-handling guides, and training programs.
- Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with PDPL and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Insurance.
- 5–7 years’ telesales management experience in insurance or financial services.
- Proven success leading a telesales operation (preferably motor insurance).
- Strong CRM and automation knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- English fluency; Arabic is an advantage.
