Tele Sales & Retention Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Customer Retention & Problem-Solving – Handle cancellation requests, complaints, and customer escalations.
Sales & Negotiation – Persuade and retain clients through strong negotiation tactics.
Multi-task & Decision Making – Work independently while making quick, effective decisions.
Reporting & Analysis – Track and analyze data (Excel skills are a plus!).
Collaboration – Work closely with different teams to enhance the customer experience.

Key Qualifications

Sales Experts – Background in outbound sales, telesales, banking, insurance, loans, credit card management, or medical sales.
Retention Pros – Experience in customer support, back-office, or 2nd line support (preferably in banking or telecom).
Strong Communicators – Proven negotiation & persuasion skills.
Proactive Problem-Solvers – Independent decision-makers who own their work.
Multi-taskers & Adaptable Thinkers – Able to handle pressure and deliver results.
Excel & Reporting Skills (Bonus!) – Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis.
Open to evening shifts (up to 10 PM max)
