Position Overview

The Tele-Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales through effective communication and persuasion over the phone. This role focuses on cold calling potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into long-term customers. The leads will be provided by the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment and excels in building client relationships while consistently meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Call Engagement

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.

2. Sales Conversion

  • Present tailored solutions to potential clients, aligning product benefits with customer needs.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales efficiently.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Address customer queries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

4. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and feedback discussions to enhance skills and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, sales, or customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in achieving sales goals.

Work Environment

The role operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment requiring proactive communication and the ability to handle high call volumes. Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: AED 2,000 – AED 5,000 (plus attractive commission structure)

Language Requirement: English & Hindi (Fluency required)
