Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller for our Dubai region on a 1-year contract (part-time) basis. The role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible working hours and an opportunity to earn additional income while supporting our sales and customer engagement efforts.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Promote company services and solutions to potential customers.

• Maintain call logs, customer databases, and follow-up records.

• Support the sales team in lead generation and customer engagement.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.

General:

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Prior experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer support is preferred.

• Based in Dubai with a valid Own/ Spouse/Dependent Visa.

• Flexible to work 4 hours/day.

• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
