Position Overview:
The Telecaller is responsible for handling client inquiries, providing accurate information about immigration services, and supporting the admissions/visa team in generating leads and booking appointments. The role includes maintaining communication with potential clients, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking visa, immigration, and study-abroad services.
- Provide accurate details about different visa categories, eligibility criteria, required documents, and process timelines.
- Respond to client queries professionally and promptly.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
- Contact potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, messages, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into appointments for counsellors or senior consultants.
3. Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule meetings or consultations for immigration advisors and documentation teams.
- Confirm appointments and ensure clients receive reminders.
4. Data Handling & CRM
- Maintain and update client records in CRM/software.
- Track follow-ups, interested applicants, pending cases, and call logs.
- Ensure all client information is recorded accurately and securely.
5. Explaining Basic Process
- Explain the basic visa process, documentation checklist, service charges, and next steps (if applicable).
- Provide initial screening questions to assess client eligibility before transferring to counsellors.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate between clients and internal departments (Counsellor, Case Officer, Documentation Team).
- Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow.
7. Customer Service
- Handle client complaints politely and redirect complex issues to the appropriate senior staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
