Role Description
We are seeking a Telecaller (Female) to join our real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, booking property viewings, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads
• Share property details and arrange appointments for agents
• Follow up with leads to ensure consistent engagement
• Maintain records of client interactions in CRM
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets

Qualifications:

• Previous telecalling/sales experience (real estate preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500
