About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in the secondary market (resale of properties) and be comfortable engaging with property owners over the phone to generate listings, build relationships, and support in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners regarding sale / rent of their properties.
Maintain and update system with accurate client and lead information.
Follow up consistently with interested sellers to get the properties listed.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and listing targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, in real estate (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the secondary real estate market (resale of apartments, villas, and commercial spaces).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Persuasive, energetic, and confident on calls.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
