Position: Telecaller (Sales)

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic animal lover with strong communication skills to connect with pet parents, understand their needs, and recommend the right Ayurvedic products for their pets’ health.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic pet products

Educate customers on natural remedies for common pet issues

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

1–2 years’ experience in telecalling/sales/customer support (preferably in pet care or wellness)

Fluent in English and Hindi

Passion for animals and good product communication skills
