Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident telecaller to join our sales team. The telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to generate leads and promote our pest control services. Along with the role, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn digital marketing skills as part of their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided scripts.
• Explain and promote our pest control services and offers effectively.
• Understand customer needs, answer queries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collect and update customer data and call records accurately.
• Maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
• Support the sales team by providing quality leads and feedback.
• Actively participate in digital marketing training sessions provided by the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
