We are seeking a
Telecom Manager (SIM & Network Operations)
to oversee end-to-end SIM operations, cellular network support, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SIM lifecycle management, CRM systems, telecom operations, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth network-related services and support.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complete
SIM operations
, including purchasing, assigning, activating, and maintaining SIM inventory.

Provide support related to
cellular network services
, troubleshooting connectivity and SIM-related issues.

Coordinate and communicate with
telecom vendors
for SIM procurement, service updates, and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate SIM records and workflows through
CRM systems

Ensure smooth activation and assignment processes for users and departments.

Conduct regular
stakeholder meetings
to align telecom requirements, updates, and operational improvements.

Monitor SIM usage, plan capacity, and maintain stock availability as per business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
