Position: Telecom Rigger
Location: UAE (Onsite)
Experience: Etisalat, Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson
Salary Range: 2000 to 2200 AED

Driving License :UAE Valid driving License

Key Responsibilities

• Antenna Installation and Alignment
  • Install and align Huawei, Nokia, and Etisalat antennas and systems.
  • Ensure proper azimuth and tilt configuration based on project requirements.
• Tower and Rooftop Work
  • Perform climbing and rigging activities on telecom towers and rooftop sites.
  • Ensure safety compliance during all tasks.
• Install and maintain RF and MW equipment, feeder cables, and connectors.
• Conduct fiber optic splicing and related tasks as needed.
• Site Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot RF equipment issues.
  • Provide support for testing and integration of telecom equipment.
• Reporting and Documentation
  • Submit daily activity logs and ensure all work complies with project documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Huawei, Nokia, and Etisalat systems.
• Working knowledge of telecom installation and troubleshooting.
• Certified in tower climbing and working at heights (preferred).

Skills

• Hands on experience in RF equipment and antenna installation.
• Ability to work efficiently in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements

• Physically fit for climbing towers up to 100 meters.
• Familiarity with HSE and telecom standards in the UAE.
