  • Sales and Performance Management:
    Lead the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets for mobile devices, accessories, and telecom services.
    Monitor individual and team performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular coaching and feedback.
    Develop and implement sales strategies and incentives to boost team morale and productivity.
    Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and services to effectively train the team and answer customer questions.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    Manage the daily activities of the team, including scheduling, task assignment, and ensuring a productive work environment.
    Train new employees on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
    Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and address any challenges.
    Resolve team conflicts and provide a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Act as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service to build customer loyalty and repeat business.
    Ensure the team follows all company guidelines and best practices for customer interaction and service quality.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Supervise all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
    Assist in managing store inventory, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
    Ensure the store maintains a clean and organized appearance in line with brand standards.
    Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
