G&A Cleaning is seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer / Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our commercial cleaning business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying decision-makers, making outbound calls, introducing our janitorial services, and generating qualified sales leads for our business development team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses, property managers, schools, manufacturing facilities, and office buildings.
- Introduce G&A Cleaning's commercial janitorial and facility maintenance services.
- Identify key decision-makers and gather contact information.
- Schedule appointments and walkthroughs for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead activity in CRM software.
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
- Research target companies and maintain lead lists.
Qualifications
- Previous telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, or B2B sales is a plus.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
