Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, On-site)

About the Role

Amigos BPO is expanding its U.S. healthcare division and is looking for detail-oriented DME Verifiers. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and compliance documentation to support durable medical equipment (DME) orders. Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate patient information and insurance coverage (Medicare/Private).
• Ensure all documentation complies with U.S. healthcare and DME regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and verification team to meet campaign KPIs.
• Uphold data privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (American accent is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in DME or U.S. healthcare processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. hours.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
