Job Description:
We are hiring a Telemarketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of telemarketing or outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
• Generate leads, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain client records and update CRM or tracking sheets.
• Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads and close opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer service approach at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
