Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Residential Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to guide clients through the home-buying journey. You will be responsible for managing residential property transactions, conducting viewings, and delivering expert advice tailored to each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to potential buyers
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
  • Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or consulting
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE housing market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
