Telemarketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, making outbound sales calls to businesses, and promoting our premium range of corporate promotional gifts. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients, introducing our promotional gift products and services.
  • Identify key decision-makers within businesses and engage them in meaningful sales conversations.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable promotional gift solutions.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and follow up on leads to nurture potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related B2B sales role.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good understanding of corporate gifting and promotional products (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
