Telemarketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, initiate meaningful conversations, and generate qualified business opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound communication, skilled at building rapport, and motivated to contribute to business growth in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across various industries.
• Introduce Red Star Technologies' services and solutions to potential customers.
• Identify decision-makers and assess their business needs.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target companies and industry trends to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize prospecting strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English speaking and listening abilities.
• Ability to confidently engage with business decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Experience in the IT, software, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus.
