Telemarketing Executive (Freshers)

Role Summary:
We are hiring Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will connect with customers over calls, explain our services clearly, and help drive sales while ensuring a high standard of service.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customer queries in a professional manner

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
