Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate projects.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about properties and payment plans.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to close deals.
• Maintain and update the client database regularly.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and engaging with clients.
• Basic knowledge of real estate (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in Urdu and English.
• Previous telemarketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
