Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven attitude.
- High level of professionalism and patience.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
