Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven attitude.
  • High level of professionalism and patience.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
