Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products/services. Your ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales will be key to your success. If you're a goal-oriented, self-starter with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or your own research.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Promote and sell company products or services through engaging and persuasive conversations.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively present and answer customer queries.
• Meeting Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Data Entry & Reporting: Record customer interactions and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with accurate and timely information.
• Follow-up: Handle post-call tasks such as follow-up emails, sending information, or confirming customer decisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Sales Skills: A strong desire to meet sales targets and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve issues in a positive, solution-oriented manner.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using phones, computers, CRM systems, and other software tools.
• Organized: Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
