Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Agent with a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging potential clients via phone, providing exceptional service and all the initial information about the company and our services. This is a full-time, on-site role based at One Address Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Promote and sell luxury properties and related services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Provide detailed information about properties and investment opportunities
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Resides in Dubai
• Experience in real estate sales, holiday homes, leasing, or related telesales
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Additional language skills (Chinese, Turkish, Russian, Arabic) are a plus
