Job description

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, or renters from provided databases or leads.
  • Explain the features and benefits of listed properties to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge including current listings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales agents and property consultants to ensure a smooth client handover.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to client queries effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
